The Wing Repair Company is developing a treatment facility where individuals can bring their pets with them—a critical solution to a major barrier in recovery.

We are currently forming our founding Board of Directors and are seeking individuals with experience in:

• Mental health / substance use treatment
• Animal welfare or veterinary care
• Finance / business
• Legal
• Lived experience in recovery

This is an opportunity to help shape a mission-driven organization from the ground up and be part of a solution that has the potential to save lives.

Ideal Background:

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar 
• Experience in substance use treatment 
• Knowledge of licensing requirements 

Ideal Background:

• Veterinarian or animal welfare professional 
• Experience in shelter medicine or pet care systems 
• Passion for human-animal bond 

Ideal Background:

• CPA, finance professional, or business owner 
• Experience with budgeting, scaling, or fundraising 

Ideal Background:

• Attorney (nonprofit, healthcare, or real estate preferred) 

Ideal Background:

• Personal recovery journey 
• Peer support or advocacy experience
